To all employees who work on our West Campus in Downtown Clayton:
In light of the unpredictability of events that could unfold in the Clayton area, and out of an abundance of caution for our students, faculty and staff, the decision has been made to close the university’s West Campus on Tuesday, November 25.
Employees who work at West Campus should not come to work at the West Campus and others should not visit West Campus for business or other purposes. West Campus employees should check with their supervisor to determine if they can work from another location or if they should stay home.
Any other employees who usually park their cars on West Campus (in the garage or on surface parking) should park elsewhere or make alternative transportation arrangements to your work location. West Campus will remain closed until further notice.
For assistance from the Solutions Center (935-8200) or Systems and Procedures Help Desk (935-5707) during this time, leave a message and a staff member will return your call.
Regarding the status of decisions that might impact operations university-wide, we continue to monitor the situation closely and respond accordingly to ensure that our campuses remain safe and secure.
Please visit emergency.wustl.edu and voices.wustl.edu for updates on this closure and other information that may affect university operations.
Sincerely,
Henry S. Webber
Executive Vice Chancellor for Administration
