In order to ensure that managers on the Danforth Campus are empowered to lead and support their employees during a time when their work environment may be impacted, the Office of Human Resources has created the Managing During Challenging Times website. It provides managers with accessible tools and resources needed to manage and support their employees during a time when their work environment may be impacted.
The University has policies in place and resources available to help managers maintain a safe, collaborative, productive, professional and positive work environment.
