Facilitated by Lindy Drew, Co-founder and Lead Storyteller, Humans of St. Louis Humans of St. Louis (HOSTL) has shared over 1,600 stories, inspired over 94,000 followers, sparked dialogue, facilitated civic engagement and connected viewers to local needs, causes and volunteer opportunities. HOSTL’s mission is to leverage visual-virtual storytelling through organic interviews and photography that highlights local needs, issues and experiences from people in the St. Louis community and to share these photostories with a broader audience to promote social good and community development. The work aims to amplify the voices of the people of St. Louis, one photo and story at a time. |
